Quick Shipping Details

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed by 4:00 PM EDT (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day. Anything after goes to the next business day.
  • Processing time: Usually 0-1 business day to get your order ready. During busy periods it might take a bit longer.
  • Delivery time: Around 6-9 business days (Mon-Fri) depending on your location. These are estimates, small delays can happen.
  • Shipping cost: Free shipping across the United States on all orders.

How Orders Are Handled

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. After that, we start processing it (within 0-1 business day).

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6-9 business days (Mon-Fri), depending on your location and courier schedules.

And just to keep it simple, shipping is always free within the U.S., no matter the order size.

We partner with reliable delivery services. These include DHL, FedEx and USPS.

Possible Delays

If your package doesn’t show up in the expected timeframe, give it up to 2 extra business days just in case.

Cancelling an Order

Need to cancel? Contact us at support@ridave.com.

If your order hasn’t started processing yet, we can usually cancel it. Once it’s being processed or already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible anymore, but you can still return it after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

We try to pack everything carefully, but mistakes can happen.

If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, just email us at support@ridave.com with clear photos (including the packaging). We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or solution.
