How Returns Work
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send items back.
To start, just email us at support@ridave.com. Items need to be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging still on.
Anything sent back after 30 days can’t be accepted.
Return Steps
1. Reach out first
Email support@ridave.com with your order number and reason for the return. We can’t accept returns without approval.
2. Wait for instructions
Once approved, we’ll send you everything you need to know to send it back.
3. Pack it properly
Make sure the item is packed securely so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.
4. Send it back
Return shipping is handled by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over. If everything looks good, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
This takes up to 7 days after we receive it. No restocking fees involved.

Want something different instead? No problem. Just email support@ridave.com
with what you want to swap, and we’ll help you set it up.
Cancelling an Order
Need to cancel? Contact us at support@ridave.com.
If your order hasn’t started processing yet, we can usually cancel it. Once it’s being processed or already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible anymore, but you can still return it after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
We try to pack everything carefully, but mistakes can happen.
If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, just email us at support@ridave.com with clear photos (including the packaging). We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or solution.
