Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Need to cancel? Email us at support@ridave.com. If we haven’t processed or shipped it yet, we’ll stop it. If it’s already on the way, no worries you can return it once it arrives.
What if I get a damaged or wrong item?
That’s on us. Just snap a few pics and send them to support@ridave.com and we’ll fix it with the correct item or a replacement.
Is return shipping free?
Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Do you charge restocking fees?
Nope. No restocking fees here. You’ll get a full refund once your return is approved.
How long do refunds take?
As soon as we receive and check your return, we usually send the refund within 7 days back to your original payment method.
